Chris G. Tambakis
Chief Executive Officer, North America

Chris G. Tambakis is CEO, North America. Mr Tambakis’ career spans over 27 years in commercial real estate, specializing in acquisitions, investment management, financing and operations of North American real estate, with a primary focus on office and mixed use projects. Mr. Tambakis has been with the Company since its inception in Canada and is responsible for all operations including development and execution of strategy.

Mr. Tambakis is a graduate of the Ivey Business School, Western University. He is an active community volunteer with charities and organizations in healthcare, education, community, and the arts. Mr. Tambakis currently serves as a member of the Ivey School of Business Advisory Board and the Heart & Stroke Foundation Ontario Advisory Council. He has served on several volunteer committees and boards including recently having served as Vice Chair, North York General Hospital Foundation and Chair of the Hospital’s $150 Million Capital Campaign.

Carl J.F. Stetler
Vice President, Finance

Carl J. F. Stetler is Vice President, Finance. He has over 12 years of real estate and financial accounting experience. Mr. Stetler joined Adgar in 2007. In his role, he is directly responsible for all financial and accounting activity, internal controls and corporate governance for the Company.

Mr. Stetler is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Science from the University of Stockholm.

Michael Harvey
Vice President, Operations

Michael Harvey is Vice President, Operations. He brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience in the areas of property operations, leasing and development. Mr. Harvey is responsible for ensuring the delivery of a superior tenant service experience as well as excellence in property operations. He joined Adgar in October 2015.

Michael is a graduate of the Ivey Business School, Western University. He is a member of NAIOP and has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences.

David DeNoble
Director of Leasing

David DeNoble is Director of Leasing. He has over 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a specialization in office leasing in the Greater Toronto Area. Mr. DeNoble is directly responsible for the leasing of the Canadian portfolio.

Mr. DeNoble is a graduate of the Ivey Business School, Western University.

Jennifer Bowes
Manager, Marketing & Communications

Jennifer Bowes is Manager, Sponsorship, Marketing & Communications. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of marketing and communications. Ms. Bowes joined Adgar in 2007 and is directly responsible for all activities related to marketing and communications.

Ms. Bowes holds a BA Sociology, Western University.
