Chief Executive Officer
Chris Tambakis is the CEO, North America of Adgar Investments & Development; an active, long term real estate investor, owner, developer and manager with holdings in Canada, Israel and Europe.
With a strong knowledge, passion and over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, he leads his team with a collaborative, supportive and clear-focused manner. As CEO, Chris is responsible for establishing and implementing all aspects of the company’s strategy, vision and continued expansion.
Prior to joining Adgar, Chris was the Vice President, Investment Services Group, Colliers International, an international commercial real estate brokerage firm.
As an active and passionate community volunteer with organizations in the arts, education, community and healthcare areas, Chris currently serves on several Boards, including The Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Ivey Business School at Western University, The Ontario Science Centre and Toronto’s Santa Claus Parade. He was the proud recipient of the Community Service Award from the Real Estate Excellence (REX) Awards in 2011.
Chris is a graduate of the Ivey Business School, Western University.
In his spare time he can be found, with his signature smile intact, skiing, running, travelling and participating in activities within the community.
Martina Koleva
Executive Assistant
Martina joined Adgar in 2024 as part of the administrative team. She provides administrative support to the entire office and specifically to the CEO.
Prior to joining Adgar, she worked at The Woodbridge Company Ltd.
She has a degree in Hospitality & Tourism from George Brown College.
Erica Witt
Manager, Asset Management & Investments
Erica joined Adgar Canada in 2020 as a Operations Analyst and has recently transitioned to the Asset Management and Investment team in 2021. Prior to 2020, Erica worked at Adgar as a summer intern for three years.
As part of the Asset Management and Investments team, Erica assists with in-depth market research and industry analysis, quarterly valuations, underwriting, reporting and due-diligence on new acquisitions and board presentations for our partners and investors.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Real Estate and Housing from the University of Guelph.
Jennifer Bowes
Vice President, Marketing & Communications
Jennifer joined the Adgar team upon its inception in Canada in 2007. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of Marketing and Communications. She is responsible for all activities related to Marketing and Communications and the company’s Corporate Sponsorships.
Jennifer holds a BA, Sociology from Western University.
Carley Sharp
Marketing & Data Analytics Manager
Carley joined Adgar in September 2018 after completing several co-op terms with the company during her studies.
In her role as Marketing & Data Analytics Manager, she provides support to the Marketing and Leasing Departments.
Carley has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University. In her spare time, she is a Spin Instructor at SPINCO.
David DeNoble
Vice President, Leasing
David joined the Adgar Team in June 2013. He has over 20 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry, with a specialization in office leasing in the Greater Toronto Area. David is directly responsible for the leasing of the Canadian portfolio.
Dave has an HBA from the Ivey Business School, Western University.
Outside of the office, Dave is an avid sports fan who coaches youth hockey and rugby teams.

Sam joined Adgar in January 2018 as part of the Leasing Team. She works directly with the Director of Leasing to assist in the leasing of Adgar’s Canadian portfolio.

Michael Harvey
Vice President, Operations
Michael Harvey is Vice President, Operations. He brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience in the areas of property operations, leasing and development. Mr. Harvey is responsible for ensuring the delivery of a superior tenant service experience as well as excellence in property operations. He joined Adgar in October 2015.
Michael is a graduate of the Ivey Business School, Western University. He is a member of NAIOP and has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
Catherine Cherwinka
Associate Vice President, Operations
Catherine joined Adgar in April 2018. Involved in the Toronto real estate management industry for 23 years, Catherine is focused on providing progressive, empowering, best practice leadership to real estate management teams to support them in meeting and exceeding stakeholder and customer objectives.
Prior to joining Adgar, Catherine has held positions with Oxford Properties Group, OMERS Realty Management Corporation, O&Y Enterprise and Enterprise Property Group.
She is a member of BOMA Toronto, REIC/IREM, NAIOP and serves on the Board of Directors of Toronto CREW. Catherine holds the IREM ACoM and BOMA RPA designations.
Catherine enjoys marathon running and community outreach work.

Associate Vice President, Construction & Projects
Heidi Schumacher joined the Adgar Team in February 2018. She brings over 20 years of progressive construction and design experience. Heidi is the Landlord representative for construction activities related to capital and leasehold improvements and strategic projects.
Prior to joining Adgar, Heidi worked at Oxford Properties, DREAM and Nexacor Realty Management.
Heidi is active in the equine welfare community and is an ‘artist’ at heart.

Carl Stetler joined Adgar in October 2007. In his role, he is directly responsible for all finance and accounting, tax, internal controls and corporate governance within the North American operations of Adgar.
Prior to serving in his current position, he spent six years at Deloitte where, within the Assurance practice, he provided services for several multinational real estate clients.
Carl holds CPA (NH) and CGMA designations. He graduated with a Masters of Science from the University of Stockholm, Sweden.
Tatiana Golovina
Corporate Accountant
Tatiana joined Adgar in August 2016 in the role of Corporate Accountant. She is responsible for Property and Corporate accounting.
She has a Masters degree in Economics and Engineering from Perm Polytechnic University in Russia.
Lucia Puscas

Lucia joined Adgar in 2018 in the role of Senior Accountant.
She has over 15 years of accounting experience in large corporations specializing in Portfolio and Property Management. Lucia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Physics.
When not in the office, Lucia enjoys going for walks and sweating at the local Goodlife fitness classes.
