Adgar Canada announces the sale of 110 Eglinton Avenue East

On behalf of Adgar Canada and Montez Corporation’s Office Fund I, we are pleased to announce the sale of 110 Eglinton Avenue East, located in Toronto, to Madison Properties, a real estate development company based in Toronto and New York City.

110 Eglinton Avenue East has been proudly owned by Adgar since in 2004.
